What counts

Is this on top of my 30%?+
Yes. You still earn 30% for 12 months on every OutboundPass plan you refer, and 30% for 12 months on product sales. The car money is extra. Same customers, paid twice.
What car counts?+
Your call. A Cybertruck, a supercar, whatever your dream car is, in your own name. We pay a fixed amount toward it every month you're at 100: $500, or $1,000 at 200. Send us the papers once, plus a photo of you with the car.
Lease or buy?+
Either. You're always the one on the paperwork. We never sign, co-sign or guarantee a lease or loan, and we never pay the dealer. We pay you.
Is there a limit on how many affiliates get it?+
No. No cap, no draw, no leaderboard. Every affiliate at 100 gets paid that month. You're not racing anyone.
I'm outside the US. Does this work for me?+
Yes. Open worldwide. Fixed US-dollar amounts, paid by PayPal, Wise or bank, subject to sanctions rules and what's available in your country.
What if I drop below 100?+
No car payment that month. Your 30% keeps paying as usual. Back at 100 next month? The car money's back. A month below 100 never means paying us back.
Can I count my own accounts?+
No. Not you, your team, your family or your partners, and not a company you own or run. Each payment card and company domain counts once. We review every book by hand before the first car payment.
When does the clock start?+
Now. Every customer you refer counts toward your 100 while they're active and paying. We count at the end of each month. No waiting period: the first month you're at 100, you get paid.
How do payouts work?+
Same as your commission: the monthly payout run, by PayPal, Wise or bank, once that month's 30-day hold clears. Paid to you, never to a dealer.
What about taxes?+
It's taxable income, like your commission. US affiliates get a 1099-NEC. Outside the US, local tax is yours. Ask your own tax adviser.

Version 1.0. These terms add to the OutboundPass Affiliate Agreement and the Terms. Where they differ, these terms apply to The 100 Club.

- What it is. A monthly performance bonus for OutboundPass affiliates, paid on top of your commission as pay for marketing services. Every affiliate who meets these terms in a month is paid for that month. No draw, no ranking, no limit on how many affiliates are paid.
- Who can take part. Any approved affiliate in good standing. Free, and you never have to buy anything. One account per person or company. Your count is personal and can't be shared, moved, pooled or combined.
- Active customers. A customer counts if you referred them and they are credited to you; are active and paying, on a plan or a product; are billed at full list price; are a business unrelated to you; are unique (one per payment card and one per company domain); and pay the bill themselves. They keep counting after your 12-month commission window on them ends.
- Your monthly count. The number of active, paying customers you referred, counted at the end of each calendar month.
- The bonus. Count of 100 to 199: US$500 toward your dream car. 200 or more: US$1,000. No waiting period. Below 100: no car bonus that month. Nothing carries over between months, and your commission is not affected. There is no cash option.
- Your car. Any car you choose, owned, leased or financed in your own name. Send your papers, registration and a photo of you with the car to start, and re-confirm once a year. The bonus is a fixed amount, not tied to your actual payment and not a promise to cover the car's full cost.
- Your responsibility. You are the only owner, lessee or borrower. We never sign, co-sign or guarantee a lease or loan, and never pay a dealer, lessor or lender. Insurance, running costs, fines and taxes on the car are yours. A month without a bonus never creates a debt to us.
- Worldwide. Open worldwide, subject to sanctions screening and our payout methods being available in your country. Same US-dollar amounts everywhere.
- Payment. Paid in the regular monthly payout with your commission, once that month's 30-day hold clears, by PayPal, Wise or bank.
- Verification. Before the first car payment we need government ID, your tax form and a manual review of the customers you referred. We may check who pays any counted subscription and hold a month's payment while we review a flagged account.
- Removals. Refunded, charged-back, self-referred, related-party, discounted or fraudulent subscriptions come off your count, including for past months. If that takes a past month below 100 or 200, the extra bonus comes off future payouts.
- Promote it clean. Follow the Affiliate Agreement, anti-spam laws and every platform's rules. Say you're an OutboundPass affiliate. No bidding on OutboundPass brand terms, no cookie stuffing, no fake traffic.
- Taxes. The bonus is taxable income. US affiliates receive a 1099-NEC. Outside the US, local taxes are yours. We don't give tax advice.
- Changes and ending. We can end participation immediately for fraud, spam or a breach of the Affiliate Agreement. Otherwise we can change or close The 100 Club with 60 days' notice, and affiliates already receiving the bonus keep these terms for at least 6 months after notice. The bonus ends with your affiliate agreement and can't be transferred.
